Jen has more than 20 years commercial and leadership experience in the digital technology sector. She successfully helped build and sell one of the first digital agencies in the UK before going on to develop and lead the Global Digital function at GlaxoSmithKline for 6 years.
She then joined Google to head up the commercial team for Healthcare, FMCG and Retail sectors, leading a team of growth and strategy consultants.
Jen set up Cowderoy Consulting in 2015 and has acted as growth advisor, non-executive Director and interim MD to a wide range of clients.
